The Learn 2 Row program is designed for adults who are looking to learn the basics of the sport of rowing in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Rowing is a sport for men and women of all ages. At Bayside, you will be taught the basics of rowing and sculling. The program starts in the “Viking Boats” for four lessons broken down as follows: 60-minutes in the Viking boats and 30-minutes learning/transitioning to the Touring Quads. After the basics of rowing have been established the rowers will then move to the full rowing in the Touring Quads for the 4 remaining lessons. Once complete, you will have gained all the skills necessary to enjoy the sport.
